Apron Metal Conveyor
The APRON METAL CONVEYORS are designed to meet the requirements to transport the Rough Casting Bunches. The job carrying pan is designed to withstand the heat and heavy impact loads. The pans are welded with the Wing Plates and fastened with the Chain. The conveyors can be manufactured in horizondal and inclined styles depends upon the customer requirements.
CHUTE (Telescopic)
The Telescopic Chutes can be fixed at the head end of the Conveyor (Side & Front). It is used to automatic loading of castings or runners in different locations of a container or Bin. The CHUTE(Single or Double exit) is designed to collect the Castings and Runner Bars in the separate Bins or Tractor Trailer at the Head of the Conveyor
Birail System (BRT)
It is mainly designed for ONLINE Degating and 5 models are available. The Hydraulic Power packs can be placed on the Top of the Platform and the hand rails are provided for safety men power works. There is enough space in the top of BRT to handle the maintenance activities.
Birail System (JBR)
The Birail System JBR is designed to handle the Degating Machines to separate the heavy castings and bunches on the floor. The JBR can be used for OFFLINE and ONLINE DEGATING too. The JBR swings in the half round to cover 1.5mtr radius. As the power pack is placed on the JBR stand to balance the weight of the machine over hanged and there is no need of foundation work.
